Mailing Lists

If you subscribe to a mailing list through this or any MESA website, you will receive a welcome email from MESA. The welcome email, and every email we send, will have links to easily unsubscribe or change your subscription preferences. All unsubscribe requests are immediately honored. If you are having trouble receiving our emails, or if you are having trouble unsubscribing, please contact us on the web or call us at 800-330-3867.

MESA maintains two separate mailing lists. You can always add or remove either list from your subscription preferences. Our two mailing lists are :

• MESA Equipment : Occasional email with special pricing on one or more models of apparel decorating equipment such as embroidery machines or garment printers.
• MESA Supplies : Frequent email (no more than 1 per week) with coupons and specials designed to save you money on the supplies you need to run your apparel decorating business. These coupons and specials are offered ONLY to email subscribers.

Information We Collect

We collect any personally identifying information, such as your name, street address, email address, and phone number, and any other information you provide to us.

We use a website statistics service. Visitors to our site will receive a cookie that stores a generic id, the prior page, time since last visit, and number of the visit. This information does not in any way reveal any personal data about you, it is strictly statistical data. You can prevent this statistical information from being transmitted to us by blocking cookies.

How We Use and Disclose Information

We use the information you provide about yourself to complete the transaction for which the information is intended (such as when submitting a contact form to request information).

The information collected will not be shared with any third party, and we alone will use the information to send relevant information via postal mail or email. Please note that we use an email service (Constant Contact) to send emails that you have subscribed to. Per our agreement with this service, they cannot use your information for any purposes whatsoever, and your information is protected on secure servers.

Security of Information

Email that you send us is not necessarily secure against interception. If your communication includes sensitive information like your Social Security number, your bank account number or your credit or charge card numbers, please contact us by phone at 800-330-3867 or 817-349-6868.

Personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, address or phone number, is stored in a secure database and is protected with encryption and passwords.

Our website may link to documents located on websites maintained by other companies or organizations. Once you access another website, you are subject to the privacy policy of that site.
